Thirty years ago, I set out to establish a legal firm that would provide comprehensive assistance to our clients. Our commitment to the principle of ‘Atithi Devo Bhava’ has been the foundation of our success. We strive to treat our clients with the same level of respect, care, and attention that we would give to a revered guest. It is this spirit of hospitality that has kept us going strong for all these years.
As fate would have it, my son Prabhakar Tripathi was also inspired by this idea of hospitality and decided to start Indian Legal Help to assist non-citizens in India. His passion for helping others and his legal expertise came together to create a platform that has helped countless visitors to India navigate the legal system.
During my legal journey, I realized the actual problems faced by foreigners in India. They get very limited support from Embassy/Consulate offices, face a major language barrier, unprofessional practitioners, etc. So choosing the best legal aid who can handle the cases of foreigners becomes a major problem. To solve this and to build a bridge between consulate offices, victims, families of victims, and everyone involved in the process, Indian Legal Help was born. My team & I are here to make sure that nothing comes in the way of you and a fair trial.
